This product is worth the money, especially when automatically shipped to you due to a lowered price when compared to an ala cart purchase. Personally, I avoid all products that are not USDA Organic Certified so this Matcha checked that important box for me. The Matcha is intensely green in color revealing it's high chlorophyll and phytochemical content which is an absolute must have for all Matcha drinkers for several reasons. Power wise, the product is expertly finished creating a super fine power. I have sampled hundreds of different Matcha teas and Matcha tea blends so far and this varietal has outstanding powder quality. After sifting the Matcha contained in this product, there is rarely any product remaining in my chowan. This avoids the typical clumpy mess found after the first consumption with other brands. It is easy to store, brew, consume and clean up afterwards. The taste profile of this Matcha is very subtle and fresh tasting. Ignore all the uninformed people who get cringed out by natural green drinks such as Matcha. They associate green water with impurities and "pond scum, ewe!" In reality, this Matcha is deliciously spectacular. From Matcha first timers to seasoned Matcha professionals, this variety will not disappoint. I drink 1/2 of a level teaspoon with 55 cc of water and brew my filtered water at 175 Degrees Fahrenheit with my Oxo variable temperature electric kettle. I then meditate for 30 minutes or longer depending on my schedule…

Smooth and tasty

I used to avoid matcha for its grassy taste and smell. Recently I learned about its health benefits and thought I would try it and maybe it will taste better if it's high quality.
